Sean Mason
I graduated from University of British Columbia with a bachelor's degree in Human Kinetics - Clinical Exercise Physiology in 2021, with a focus on rehab and sports performance.
I started down this path as a result of the sports and activities I was involved in while growing up, and the injuries I experienced while doing so. Being able to prevent injuries through strength and capacity work, treat them with rehabilitative exercise, and keep myself fit, healthy, and happy - long term - became a huge passion for me.
I began my career as a personal trainer during March of 2022, in Kelowna, BC. Doing so gave me a platform to help build up others, and achieve what really matters to them. I started Pivotal Personal Training in early 2025, so that I could provide the best quality experience and deliver outstanding results for my clients.
Outside of work, I spend my time rock climbing, hiking, skiing, camping, and making music.
